Staff Match, Education Jobs, Teaching Jobs, Supply Teaching Jobs
We are thrilled to announce the launch of a new recruitment website for Staff Match, which Offers Recruitment Solutions to Schools and Early Years Sector.
The South East’s recruitment industry is set to welcome Staff Match as its latest addition, with the firm set to launch in Ilford town centre.

Polly Shergill who has over 10 years’ experience, left her role as a Early Years Nursery Manager and now heads up the group her aims are to consolidate a presence in London before further developing UK wide expansion plans.

She said “I have had a wonderful time building a career in the Early Years and Education sector, I have firsthand experience as a hiring client and also have been a candidate seeking new opportunities. This this is an exciting opportunity for me and natural career progression”
“On the whole I have been amazed at the incredibly poor service the majority of recruiters offer, with not enough thought going into candidate selection for important roles and little or no feedback to candidates who had not been successful at interview stage.”
“There really seems to be a culture of ‘over promise, under deliver’ across the recruitment industry.  I know that I and my team could do it better, do it right and really offer the levels of service the Education sector needs and deserves”
Staff Match offer temporary, fixed term and permanent positions in pre-schoolsday nurseriesschools and colleges all over the country. They have various positions available for the right candidates, including nursery nurses, teaching assistants, specialist teachers and management roles.
The group proudly supports Make-a-Wish foundation and have plans for numerous fund raising events.
Registered with REC there is high emphasis on quality assurance and compliance. Polly’s hands on approach means that Staff Match consultants offer personalised services and know what is expected of them, from both clients and candidates, and know the sort of standards required for a career in teaching and early years. That is why Staff Match put candidates through a vigorous interview process and background checks. They expect the very best because that is what their clients expect of them.
In addition to recruitment there are plans to support the early years and teaching sector with training. The new website launches with Ofsted approved First Aid courses.
Polly said “Being an early years professional or teacher is more than just a job, it is a vocation. It takes more than qualifications; it takes a special kind of person.  These talented individuals play a critical role in in the development and learning process for children. it is important that they have a real passion for what they do. Staff Match will not put forward any candidate who lacks that passion or lacks the love for what they do - what would be the point?
At Zero- One Design we would like to take the time to wish Staff Match a very prosperous and bright future. Also if you require a career in the education sector Staff Match is the place for you.
