‘Qsted Education’, who are set to launch their business in
September 2015 will be providing schools, pre-schools, colleges and nurseries with
the supply teachers, teaching assistants, support staff, SEN staff and
nursery nurses in their local community of South London and Surrey.
The Directors of Qsted have over 20 Years recruitment
experience between them along with prior Teaching experience and allege that
their knowledge and commitment to the Schools, Teachers and Pupils will set
them apart from their competition.
Working with one of the biggest Academy chains in the UK it
seems that there may be some truth already in their assertions, with such progress
being made before the business has even officially launched. That being said, it must be a refreshing change
to come across a consultancy with such a distinct and ethical business model
that claims to put educational needs as their priority in such a highly
competitive industry.
With the average fees of some of the countries some leading
Education Supply Recruitment agencies at 40% Qsted find this to be is totally
unreasonable and believe this only serves as an obstruction when trying to
service the needs of both client and candidate and ultimately PUPILS. With this
in mind they are determined to keep agency fees much lower whilst offering the same
high end, recruitment experience.

they won our judges over with their video pitch and we are delighted that the
winning prize bundle worth £15,000 has been gratefully received by the entrants
as a major boost to their current business plan.
