It is only when you look back on the website launches that we have done recently that you realise just how hot our fingers have been during the last few months.
Our latest project to be completed is a recruitment agency website for a new recruitment company based in Southampton, The Highfield Company. They specialise in the Building & Construction, Civil Engineering, Mechanical and the Oil & Gas Industries.
They approached us some time ago when they were setting up the business, with a brief to create a modern and feature rich website, which had the ability to integrate with their office database via an XML feed. This would allow their vacancies to be posted on to the website direct from their database system. All applications go back to the consultant who manages each vacancy.

The Highfield Company has been launched today by Pete Marston, formerly International Director of Hill McGlynn, and three other colleagues also formerly of Hill McGlynn – Gideon Towers, Josh Young and Toby Ball.
The company will specialise in the recruitment of technical and professional staff for the global construction, property and engineering sectors, capitalising on combined experience of over twenty years in the recruitment field.
Managing Director of the company Pete Marston said of the new company “We are keen to offer an unparalleled service to both our clients and candidates, utilising a strong code of conduct and ethics to ensure we have the highest quality approach. What makes us slightly more fresh is that we have extensive knowledge of the marketplace from our major group background, yet can operate a more cost-effective, customer-focussed attitude than some of the global recruitment groups.”
