The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland re-launch their new recruitment and jobs board service for the chartered accountancy service in Scotland. They have re-launched and re-branded their jobs board using the very latest jobs board system from Zero-One Design Limited based in Tamworth, Staffordshire.
