Livery Memories for age exchange
We've created this new website for Livery Memories, which is a registered charity specialising in the use of reminiscence of how things were for the older people. This site was created by Zero-one Design limited.
We were established by Pam Schweitzer MBE and are based in Blackheath, SE London, where we have extensive premises including a Reminiscence Centre, a popular café, exhibition space and multi-use studio area.
The dual purposes of the site are to enable members of a very distinct group - the Livery of the City of London - to record their own recollections for the interest and benefit of those who will follow, and to leave their own informal imprint on the History of their Companies, and to generate a very modest income stream to support the work of Age Exchange. We will be very happy to make a presentation on our work to any group of the Livery, and to assist those members [and their carers] who have the misfortune to experience dementia as they get older.
